My Peak Flow

My Peak Flow is software for Windows that records, charts and prints reports of your peak flow measurements and asthma symptoms.

What it does:

Records peak flow readings and Asthma Symptoms for one or more people. [more]
Tracks your best peak flow and calculates your green, yellow and red zones. [more]
Prints a report, including a peak flow chart and averages for your doctor. [more]
Don't use your computer everyday? ... print a monthly diary with space to write down your peak flow readings and asthma symptoms. [more]
Alerts you to measure your peak flow once or twice per day. [more]

Recording peak flow readings and Asthma Symptoms

Easily enter a peak flow reading from your meter and a rating of the following symptoms: Cough, Wheeze, Shortness of Breath, Chest tightness and Activity effect.

Each symptom can be given a rating between 0- None and 3-Serious. Popup help is available which describes each symptom and how to rate it.

Track your best peak flow and calculate your green, yellow and red zones

Peak Flow can either use your highest peak flow as your best peak flow, or you can manually enter the best peak flow that you have determined in the past.

Peak Flow automatically calculates the levels of your red, yellow and green zones from the best peak flow level.

Your red, yellow and green zones are displayed on the peak flow chart. This is illustrated in the screenshot below:

Print a report of your peak flow and asthma symptoms

Peak Flow can print a professional report including; your peak flow chart, details of your best peak flow and asthma zones, averages of your peak flow and a table of all peak flow measurements and asthma symptom ratings. An example report is displayed below:

Print a diary to record peak flow and asthma symptoms

If you don't use your computer everyday, you can print a diary for the coming month. A diary is a customized form that shows your best peak flow and asthma zones levels. It also has space to write down your peak flow and rate your asthma symptoms for each day in a month. An example diary is displayed below:
