Report and Diary Notes

You can optionally enter any text notes you wish to print with a report or diary. These notes are saved, so that the same notes are printed whenever you print a report or a diary.

Common example uses for this is to enter information such as:

• A medication list.
• Doctor contact information.
• Patient details such as: age, weight, height.

Edit/Enter Notes

To enter or edit the notes, click on the Tools menu, then click on Open User [name] Options... and switch to the Notes tab.

Notes

• When printing a report or a diary using the Print Wizard, you are also given the opportunity to enter/edit the notes when configuring the report or diary options.
• The same notes are printed on the diary and the report.
